Having previously had a career in vet nursing and competitive horse riding, I have always led an active lifestyle and found satisfaction in setting goals for myself.
I then went on to start a family which resulted in 3 children in 3 years!
Having never paid too much attention to nutrition prior to children, then my lifestyle becoming less active I gained 30+kilos from the start of my first pregnancy.
Fast forward to now I have developed an absolute love for lifting and through patience and persistence I have totally transformed myself inside and out. I have competed in 3 bodybuilding shows placing in all 3.
I am now a qualified personal trainer and am extremely passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. I understand the battles we face and am realistic in how to go about getting the results you are after.
