Operation: FiT for Summer

With summer fast approaching it’s a simple mission – get in shape!

Operation: FiT for Summer caters for a wide range of people who want to participate from those who want to go it alone with the help of some tools; those who love team and group workouts and thrive on that level of competition; and then the other end of the scale – those who want a Personal Trainer involved the whole way through, they’ll follow strict training and nutrition programs and want to shred fat no questions asked and will do what it takes!

The Operation runs from 18 September through to 11 December….at which point You will be FiT for Summer!

Here’s what those 3 categories look like in a bit more detail:


Limited to 20 people – fee of $100

A sole-operative would suit someone who sees the value in taking on this mission and wants to or needs to make their training fit around their other commitments and would find making group sessions a challenge. You are committed, self-motivated and have the burning desire to take this mission with 4-weekly check-ins.

What your support looks like:

  • Meal Plan
  • Workout plan
  • 4 weekly check-in and measure with a FiT trainer


Limited to 2 troops of 10 people – fee of $240

A trooper is in integral part of a group (or troop) on a mission to make the summer of ’17 a FiT one. You work together, hurt together and motivate one another to push harder than you thought you could. You like being held accountable by your peers and value the fact that, like you, they won’t let you down when it comes to making a training.

What your support looks like:

  • Diet Plan
  • Workout Plans
  • 2-Weekly Measure
  • 1 Group Training session per week (at 6.30am or 6.30pm)
  • 1 Personal Training session every 2nd week (6 in total)


Limited to 10 people – fee of $360

You live for the mission. You will not quit and you will not loose focus. Your mission is maximum transformation and want a tailored plan to achieve it – guesswork is just not going to cut it for you. You will not deviate from the plan and will be 100% committed to following it. You will have top trainers on tap for your questions and support.

What your support looks like:

  • Specific Diet Plan
  • Food Diary
  • Tailored Workout Plan
  • 2-weekly measure
  • 1 Personal Training session bi-weekly

What’s the next steps:

  1. Register for the program on the FiT website or complete the form at the gym.
  2. Submit your entry information, pay the registration fee and if not currently a member, join FiT down at the gym (you can join online too).
  3. Take your “Before Photo” (please ensure it is date stamped or the date of it being taken is undisputable)
  4. Start the operation on the 18th September.
  5. Take your “After Photo” (once again make sure the date is undisputable on or around 11 December).

Registration and Registration fees

  • Anyone over the age of 14 is eligible to register. Participants do not need to be members of FiT gym. Participants need to be registered by Friday 9, June 2017.
  • Late registrations will be accepted up to 16 October 2017.
  • Before photos are to be taken by a trainer at the gym on the same day as the late registration.
  • Full registration fees apply to all registrations including late ones.

Registration fees by category are as follows:

  1. Sole-Operative - $100 fee payable
  2. Trooper - $240 fee payable
  3. Commando - $360

Who can take part in the program

  • The program is open to anyone over the age of 14 years. The huge value given in the support material, training programs and nutritional plans as well as staff involvement throughout the program, is what determines the pricing for the program. Naturally if you are not currently a FiT member, should you become one at or before registering for this program, you will qualify for the FiT members rates.
  • All participants, by accepting the terms and conditions agree to being tested for performance enhancing substances. Should any of these substances be detected, the participant will be disqualified – this program is about finding a fit lifestyle that is natural and sustainable through quality food and regular exercise.

As stated above there is 1 winner per category and they are an opportunity to enjoy the summer with a kick-ass experience and of course your transformed summer-ready bod!
